Coming to a coaching session
It's entering a space of trust and confidentiality. This safe environment allows us to reveal and connect with ourselves first, and then with others. When we are connected to this inner space, the words authenticity, sincerity and connection resonate strongly. Once connected, there is no turning back. We've touched the essence of what's essential in ourselves, and made space for a new sense of wonder.
Why work with a Certified personal and professional Coach?
When we're going through moments of doubt, questioning or crisis, when we find ourselves stuck in a personal or professional situation, a coach helps us to see more clearly and to sort out what's important from what's not. Quickly, without judgement. By listening to you and using the appropriate tools and techniques, they can help you move towards what you really want.
A professional coach has undergone specific training and is supervised. They undergo continuous training and are bound by a code of ethics.
The Clean Coaching
To the classic coaching tools, I add Clean techniques and Systemic Modelling™ (Clean applied to the group). Clean, originated by David Grove, is a powerful minimalist approach that opens space for creativity and inner connection through metaphorical language and personal representations. Clean Language, Clean Space, Emergent Knowledge, and Systemic Modelling™, are rigorous techniques that limit the presuppositions, inferences and influences of the coach or facilitator.
These techniques help to reveal the inner richness of the person, while fully respecting their internal space. The coach, or facilitator, helps them to access their representations and metaphors with the minimum of external input. Systemic Modelling™, developed by Dr Caitlin Walker, creates a respectful and open space to welcome differences in a group.
Clean techniques are fascinating for their power, their discipline and minimalist approach. Clean is both surprising and respectful, deep and light, serious and playful. It allows us to make extraordinary discoveries about ourselves.
