Coaching is carried out in partnership, in a process of reflection and co-creation, with outcomes decided in consciousness. The effectiveness of this approach lies in putting your decisions into practice.
Beginning a personalized coaching process means listening to and meeting yourself. It's about exploring, discovering and welcoming what is, and letting go of what no longer fits. Through attentive listening, appropriate techniques and tools, you clarify the present situation, make decisions and act in consciousness. The people I work with are consciously or unconsciously seeking to connect with their inner selves. I accompany them on this journey by connecting them to their inner space and internal resources. They regain clarity and energy, and move towards balance in their personal and professional lives.

Group facilitation
Understand yourself and others better
Group sessions are spaces for free expression where differences are encouraged to make room for everyone's creativity. They are stimulating, interactive and playful learning experiences. The sessions are moments of sharing and cohesion, facilitating collaborations and synergies.
We all perceive things differently. Exploring what lies behind the words and gestures expressed by each person helps to remove misunderstandings and incomprehension. Participation, diversity of viewpoints and attention to each person's expression are valued in this process. Participants may know each other beforehand (existing team) or not (group workshop).
Group or team facilitation differs from coaching in its scope. Coaching, whether one-to-one or in a small group, is more inward-looking for the individual. In group facilitation, the focus is on interactions and links between participants. Group work can be divided into two phases: individual coaching and group facilitation. Depending on the context and the objectives to be achieved, the duration varies between 6 months and 1 year, or 2 years for follow-up.
