What is coaching?

Coaching is a process that helps you think differently and gain new perspectives. It is a partnership built on trust, reflection, and co-creation — a space to clarify what is at play, explore possibilities, and allow aligned choices to emerge. The concrete implementation of your decisions is what makes this approach effective and helps create lasting change.

Engaging in a coaching process means taking time to step back, better understand your situation, explore different perspectives, and reconnect with your own resources. Through deep listening and tailored approaches, you gain clarity on your choices and move forward with greater awareness and coherence.

The people I support are often seeking to reconnect more deeply with what truly matters to them. This journey helps them regain clarity, energy, and alignment, both personally and professionally.

Why professional coaching?

During periods of transition, growth, or questioning, having an external perspective can be invaluable to step back and see things more clearly. A neutral, judgement-free, supportive, and stimulating space to move forward with greater clarity.

Through attentive listening, a grounded coaching presence, and tailored approaches, a professional coach supports you in clarifying what truly matters, distinguishing what you want to keep from what no longer serves you, exploring possibilities, and moving toward choices that feel more aligned.

A certified professional coach works within a structured framework: specific training, supervision, continuous professional development, and adherence to ethical standards and a professional code of conduct.

The Clean Coaching

Created by David Grove, Clean is a powerful minimalist approach that opens up space for creativity and inner connection through metaphorical language and personal representations. Clean Language, Clean Space, Cognitive Emergence, and Systemic Modelling™ are rigorously disciplined techniques that limit the coach or facilitator's assumptions, inferences, and influences. I am trained in Clean coaching, as well as Systemic Modelling™, group facilitation with Clean.

These techniques help to reveal the inner richness of the person, while fully respecting their internal space. The coach, or facilitator, helps them to access their representations and metaphors with the minimum of external input. Systemic Modelling™, developed by Dr Caitlin Walker, creates a respectful and open space to welcome differences in a group.

Clean techniques are fascinating for their power, their discipline and minimalist approach. Clean is both surprising and respectful, deep and light, serious and playful. It allows us to make extraordinary discoveries about ourselves.
