Questions You May Have
1. I feel that something needs to change, but I don’t know what yet. Is this the right time to seek support?
Yes. Some transitions are not always visible from the outside. This coaching is for those who feel a sense of misalignment, a need for change, or a desire to gain more clarity about what comes next.
2. I feel the need for change, but I don’t know in which direction to go. Is this for me?
Yes. You do not need to have all the answers before starting. Coaching helps you step back, clarify what truly matters today, and explore a direction that feels more aligned.
3. Is this coaching for me if I don’t want to change everything?
Yes. The goal is not necessarily to change your role or your career path. It is to explore what may need to evolve: the way you approach your role, your priorities, your balance, or the way you move forward.
4. Why not simply do a career assessment?
A career assessment can be valuable to explore your experience, skills, and possible directions.
When the questions become deeper, the focus is no longer only on what I can do, but on understanding what feels meaningful to me today and what direction feels truly aligned.
5. Why seek support rather than find the answers on my own?
Because some transitions require a space for reflection and perspective that we rarely make time for on our own. A space to clarify, explore, and allow your own answers to emerge.
6. Do I need to already know what I want?
No. Coaching often begins when the question is still unclear, but present. This uncertainty becomes the starting point to better understand what truly matters to you.
7. What if I discover that I want to change everything?
You do not need to make immediate decisions. The goal is to explore different possibilities and build a realistic, progressive, and coherent path forward.
8. Is this a form of therapy?
No. Coaching can explore deep personal dimensions, but it does not aim to treat a condition. It supports periods of transition, reflection, and personal or professional evolution.
9. How long does it take to gain clarity?
Clarity can begin to emerge from the first sessions. A lasting shift usually requires time for exploration, experimentation, and integration.
10. Is this coaching suitable for international profiles?
Yes. My international background allows me to support people working in multicultural environments, often navigating different cultures, perspectives, and expectations.
11. Are the conversations confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is an essential part of the coaching relationship, creating a space for open and authentic reflection.
12. Will I have to share my entire personal story?
No. We explore only what is useful to better understand your situation, aspirations, relationship with work, and what truly matters to you today.
