Each coaching program is unique.
The framework and pace are defined together, according to your situation, needs, and goals.

Tailored packages are available depending on the context (personal, professional, or group).

Sessions are conducted in French or English. They take place in person (Luxembourg) or online.

 

An initial, no-obligation meeting allows us to discuss your situation, explore your needs and aspirations, as well as determine the most suitable approach for your situation. This meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other and see if the proposed framework suits you.

Clarify what is happening, better understand your current situation, and identify your next step.

 

2. Focused Journey → from €980

A coaching journey centered around a specific focus: decision-making, clarifying priorities, professional evolution, or a new chapter in your journey.

3. Tailored Journey → from €2,800

A deeper, personalized coaching journey adapted to your situation and pace.

  • Fees – Companies & Organisations

For coaching journeys funded by a company or organisation.

Professional growth, leadership presence, and impact. A space to step back, clarify challenges, and strengthen a more authentic and sustainable way of leading.

1. Transition Diagnostic → from €450 excl. VAT

Clarify a situation, identify key challenges, and define next steps.

2. Focused Journey → from €1,800 excl. VAT

Support around a specific professional focus: career development, stepping into a new role, strategic decisions, or periods of change.

3. Tailored Journey → from €3,600 excl. VAT

A deeper coaching journey designed to strengthen leadership presence, alignment, and lasting impact.

3. Practical details

  • Discussions are strictly confidential and comply with the EMCC's ethical framework.

  • Sessions are held in person (Luxembourg) or online (videoconference).

  • Individual sessions last between 1h and 1h30, up to 2 hours if needed, depending on the program.

  • The terms and rates are detailed during the interview.

  • Payments can be made in one or more installments depending on the program.

  • Prices include VAT for individuals and exclude VAT for companies.​

A first 20-minute introductory call is complementary.

A first full coaching session (90 minutes), with no commitment, may be scheduled upon request and is charged at the standard rate.
