Who am I?

Hello and welcome, my name is Ratha
-
Journey and background
Having lived, studied and worked in 3 countries with different cultures in Asia and Europe, I enjoy adapting to different contexts and being in international environments for the different ways of perceiving the world. After 22 years in the financial sector (Ministry of Finance, the World Bank, bank: analysis, management control, risks, compliance), I took a break in 2015. I had a deep need to refocus and welcome what was coming. After this precious period of refocusing and opening up - including studies in sustainable development, more associative involvements and further meditation - I wanted to put people at the heart of my activities.
Trained in coaching, then in individual and group facilitation in France and the United Kingdom, I am a certified Master Coach in Life and Professional Coaching, and in Clean Facilitation. Learning, training, and continuously putting into practice bring me great joy. This dynamic enriches the support provided with complementary approaches and ensures that situations are handled in the most appropriate manner. As an EMCC member, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, I'm supervised and bound by the code of ethics for professional coaches.

Meditator and facilitator
I love travelling for the stimulation, the change of references that awaken the senses, and the learning. After years of exploring and discovering other places and cultures, in Asia, Europe and Africa, my travels have turned more towards inner exploration. For about fifteen years, my choice of destinations - whether in Europe, Myanmar, Nepal, or Malaysia - has been guided more by a desire to study and deepen my meditation practice or my approaches to coaching and support.
Outside of meditation periods, I like to accompany people, individually or in groups, to facilitate expression, bring forth the essential and trigger the breakthroughs that lead to openness and serenity. People are in a serene, open space where they feel free to fully express their authenticity and uniqueness. This professional framework of coaching, facilitation and meditation helps restore inner and outer fluidity, balance and alignment.

Methods and approaches
In addition to traditional coaching tools, I combine the Clean approach, energy coaching, meditation, and neuroscience insights to provide a safe and serene space. Why Clean? For its rigorously neutral approach, “clean” of the facilitator's interpretations and presuppositions. It's a powerful technique that respects people's internal systems. It requires total presence in the present moment and a sincere acceptance of letting go. (read more on methods)
Fascinated by neuroscience and the capabilities of the brain, as well as by the quantum world and its practical applications, observations show that complex situations or crises often open up new opportunities. Adopting a different perspective and going against the grain allows us to discover new ideas and unexpected riches. Seeing eyes light up after a revelation is a real joy.

And in 3 points, who am I?
-
Curiosity has always been my driving force. It led me to pursue several trainings in parallel (finance and civilizations, public speaking techniques and English, sustainable development and associative commitments, coaching and facilitation, with an approach in both French and English...). Fascinated by neuroscience, quantum physics and its applications, energy-based coaching, I continue my training journey :)...

Resilience and, over the years, a light-hearted and fully embraced introversion. I've lived through some extreme situations (wars, uprooting, totalitarian regime, bereavements...). I got back on my feet and enjoy life even more. As for introversion, it can often be recognized by what recharges and nourishes us. I enjoy peace and quiet, silence, walks in nature - as well as reading, swimming, and small group discussions.

Meditation holds a special place in my life. During intensive retreats, there are magnificent moments and others that are extremely difficult. They are profound experiences and a compendium of different emotions over a given period of time. As a training of the mind, we cultivate patience and perseverance. Although I'm always happy to share on this subject, I do not seek to impose this on anyone. It's my personal journey towards greater inner peace, joy and freedom.
Being fully present in the moment.
A space for the essential.
