Who am I?

Hello and welcome, my name is Ratha
-
Journey and background
After 22 years in the financial sector (Ministry of Finance, World Bank, international bank: management control, risk management, compliance), I felt the need to reconnect with my deepest aspirations and, eventually, to bridge the gap between what nourished me and what could be useful to others. In 2015, I pressed “pause”, went back to study (sustainable development), and left to meditate for 3 to 6 months in Asia (Myanmar, Nepal, Malaysia). I also became more involved in associations (NGOs, meditation groups) - I was looking for my path.
After this precious period of refocusing and opening up, I wanted to put people at the heart of my work. Trained and certified in life and professional coaching (EMCC member) and in Clean facilitation, I'm offering services in French and English. I am specialized in supporting transitions and career reorientation, the inclusion of non linear and atypical profiles, and the pursuit of balance and lasting inner calm. I also work on unlocking individual and collective potential, as well as group dynamics.

Meditator and facilitator
I love traveling for the stimulation and the shift in perspective that awaken the senses and foster learning. After years of exploring and discovering other places and cultures (including Asia, Europe, Africa), my travels have turned more towards inner exploration. For about fifteen years, my choice of destinations - whether in Asia or in Europe (Belgium, France, United Kingdom) - has been guided more by a desire to study and deepen my meditation practice or the approaches to coaching and support.
Outside of meditation periods, I accompany people, individually or in groups, to facilitate expression, bring forth the essential and trigger the breakthroughs that lead to openness and peace of mind. People are in a serene, open space where they feel free to fully express their authenticity and uniqueness. This professional framework for coaching and facilitation, and possibly meditation, helps restore inner and outer fluidity, balance and alignment.

Methods and approaches
I combine certified coaching with the Clean approach, energetic coaching, meditation, and insights from neuroscience to create a safe and peaceful space. Why Clean? For its rigorously neutral approach, “clean” of the facilitator's interpretations and presuppositions. It's a powerful technique that respects people's internal systems. It requires total presence in the present moment and a sincere acceptance of letting go. (read more on methods)
Fascinated by neuroscience and the brain’s capabilities, as well as quantum physics and its practical applications, I continue to pursue further training to respond to situations in the most appropriate way. Adopting a different perspective and thinking outside the box allows us to discover new ideas and unexpected treasures. And it’s a true joy to see eyes light up after moments of personal insight.

And in 3 points, who am I?

Curiosity has always been my driving force. It led me to pursue several trainings in parallel (finance and civilizations, public speaking techniques and English, sustainable development and associative commitments, coaching and facilitation, with an approach in both French and English...). Fascinated by neuroscience, energy-based coaching, quantum physics and its applications, I continue my training journey :)...

Resilience and, over the years, a light-hearted and fully embraced introversion. I've lived through some extreme situations (wars, uprooting, totalitarian regime, bereavements...). I got back on my feet and enjoy life even more. As for introversion, it can often be recognized by what recharges and nourishes us. I enjoy the calm, silence, walks in nature, as well as reading, swimming, and small group discussions.

Meditation holds a special place in my life. During intensive retreats, there are moments of great beauty and others that are extremely challenging. These are profound experiences, a concentration of emotions over a given period of time. It is a training of the mind, where we cultivate patience and perseverance. Although I'm always happy to share on this subject, I do not seek to impose this on anyone. It's my personal journey towards greater inner peace, joy and freedom.
Being fully present in the moment - A space for the essential.
