Each coaching program is unique.
The framework and pace are defined together, according to your situation, needs, and goals.
Customized packages are available depending on the context (private, professional, or group).
Sessions are conducted in French or English. They take place in person (Luxembourg) or online.
An initial, no-obligation meeting allows us to discuss your situation, explore your needs and aspirations, as well as determine the most suitable approach for your situation. This meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other and see if the proposed framework suits you.
1. Individual coaching

For life transitions, periods of reorientation, or the search for a better balance.
These programs are structured around the themes of Essentials, Balance, and Alignment offering clarity, serenity, and fluidity in your journey.
· Specific Topic -- from €685 including tax.
· Programs PREMIUM -- Essentials · Balance · Alignment (3, 6, 12 months) -- from €2800 incl. tax.
Extended follow-up to ensure lasting and peaceful anchoring can be offered: 1 or 2 sessions per month.
In some cases, a customized format may be arranged.

Career Coaching
Designed for executives, managers, and professionals who want to thrive in their roles with peace of mind.
These programmes strengthen clarity, coherence, balance and impact during periods of change or development.
· Clarity package -- (3 months) -- from €2300 excluding tax
· Programs EXECUTIVE -- Coherence · Balance · Impact (3, 6, 12 months) -- from €3600 excl. tax.
Extended follow-up to ensure lasting and peaceful anchoring can be offered: 1 or 2 sessions per month.
Customized formats can be considered for independent, companies or teams.
2. Group or Team Support
Group coaching or facilitation
Spaces designed to promote listening, consistency, and cooperation within groups or organizations.

3. Practical details

Discussions are strictly confidential and comply with the EMCC's ethical framework.

Sessions are held in person (Luxembourg) or online (videoconference).

Individual sessions generally last between 1h and 1h30, Premium/Executive, up to 2 hours if needed.

The terms and rates are detailed during the interview.

Payments can be made in one or more installments depending on the program.

Prices include VAT for individuals and exclude VAT for companies.
A first 20-minute introductory call is complementary.
A first full coaching session (approximately 1 to 1.5 hours), with no commitment, may be scheduled upon request and is charged at the standard rate.
