"What was the most memorable journey of your life?"

I was asked this question. After a few seconds of thinking, I had a big smile on my face, I had my answer. Definitely, the most memorable and impactful was the inner journey (my first meditation retreat and the following ones).

An inner journey is so rich in discovery that it continues well beyond the moment of the experience...
